Summer Bishil (born June 15 15, 1985) is an American actor best famous for her character Margo in The Magicians, a Syfy drama series based on a fantasy that ran between 2015 and present. She gained acclaim because of her performance as a character in Towelhead as Jasira Marroun an American-Lebanese teenager aged thirteen who is thrust in turmoil due to the U.S. military's invasion of Iraq. She was chosen by Variety as one of the 10 actors they wanted to see. She was also a key character in 2009's crime thriller Crossing Over. For this actress, she won a nomination in the Independent Spirit Award under the category of Best Female Leading. She has also acted in films like the Mooz-lum The Last Airbender Pop Star and Under the Silver Lake and was a guest on several role on TV, not to mention being the co-lead of Lucky 7.
